    Engineering Graduate Student Visit Day
    Colorado State University's College of Engineering will be hosting an Engineering Graduate Student Visit Day on Friday, March 7, 2008. The day will be full of opportunities for prospective students to connect with faculty and learn more about the engineering graduate programs and research opportunities at CSU.

    The visit day will be hosted by the college and its departments/programs of biomedical engineering, chemical and biological engineering, civil and environmental engineering, electrical and computer engineering, and mechanical engineering.

    The Nanoscale Science and Engineering Center for Affordable Nanoengineering of Polymeric Biomedical Devices (www.nsec.ohio-state.edu) at The Ohio State University is looking for new graduate fellows in:

    Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Materials Science and Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering Biomedical Engineering Industrial and Systems Engineering Mechanical Engineering Physics Chemistry Pharmacy

    US Food and Drug Administration Opportunities!
    The US Food and Drug Admin. office is looking for engineers, biologists, chemists, etc. with at least 30 credit hrs in science, interested in a job as Consumer Safety Officers. The job deals with conducting investigations in manufacturing plants (foods, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics etc).

    The purpose of the Regional Leadership Development Conference (RLDC) is to enhance the relationships and communication among regional student chapters, professional chapters, and the regional board as well as to encourage leadership development.

    RLDC will incorporate traditional presentations expected at conferences with an inclusive and interactive format. Past years themes have focused on progressing forward and expanding as an organization. There have been discussions and workshops on Hispanic issues within the fields of engineering, math, and science as well as promoting the success of each of our respective chapters.
