Election Process for Voters
On April 7, the Elections Chair shall mail to each eligible voter a ballot, a copy of the candidate biographies, and a unique identification number (UIN).

Voting is through the online election site or by mailing the completed ballot back to the Elections Chair. The address will be on the ballots. You CANNOT send your ballot to the National Office or it will be discarded (not counted). Every ballot must contain a valid UIN. If a voter turns in a ballot without a valid UIN, the ballot will be discarded (not counted). If multiple ballots are received with the same UIN, such as voting online and by mail, only the online vote will count and all other ballots will be discarded (not counted).
