In efforts to continue to assist chapters with providing promotional items for all SHPE recruitment activities and events, the National Office has the following promotional recruitment and event items available for purchase. These promotional items have been selected to meet the needs of every student or professional chapter for any event or recruitment activity. These items are "at cost" and are pictured below.

How to purchase:
Complete the SHPE Promotional Item Request Form and submit to the SHPE National Office via e-mail, fax, or postage mail to the following address ten business days prior to a scheduled event or activity: Student and Professional Chapters:

The SHPE Promotional Item Request form will be reviewed and payment will be processed.
Promotional items will then be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground within two business days of the request and receipt of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt of shipment. SHPE National will absorb FedEx and UPS Ground shipping fees only for orders placed ten business days prior (or earlier) to a scheduled event or activity.
Expediting Fee:
Chapters will be responsible for additional expediting (i.e.; 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight) fees per box. Please contact SHPE National Office for any questions regarding the additional expediting fees to ensure the order is processed accordingly.
For your convenience, SHPE National will accept all major credit cards (with the exception of DISCOVER CARD). For the chapters that have a FedEx or UPS account, you will be billed directly upon receipt of account information.
