| End of the Year Report |

Each student chapter is required to submit an End of Year Report (EOYR) annually. The reports are used for the following purposes:
- Record chapter activities for future and existing chapters.
- Provide feedback to your student chapter so you can conduct better activities next year.
- Demonstrate to industry sponsors how their support is being utilized.
- Document individual chapter efforts in accomplishing SHPE goals.
- Provide an opportunity for the student chapters to showcase their accomplishments.
- Select student chapter award winners. There are 16 awards given per year based on the EOYR.
EOYRs must be submitted annually by each official or pending Chapter. Chapters must meet the April 15th deadline to be considered for awards. For detailed instructions please download files below.
Please note that the 2009/2010 Guidelines have been updated with new information, so please read carefully.
