What is the membership term?
Membership Terms run from July 1 to June 30 of the following year.  All members, with the exception of Lifetime, must renew their membership on a yearly basis to be eligible for the membership benefits.

What happens when I graduate?
For persons who qualify for regular membership and have graduated less than six (6) months ago. This person will receive a one year complimentary membership and is entitled to all mentioned under Regular/Professional Members.

What are the annual dues?
Please see the Membership Types on the left menu.  Chapters may charge Chapter Dues, and these fees are in addition to the National Dues.

How do I join SHPE?
To join, click on the New Member Application link on the left menu.  As an alternative, you can submit a paper Membership Application along with the annual dues to:
