Management Growth Training (MGT) - May 16-22, 2010
SHPE is excited to announce the return of Management Growth Training (MGT) hosted by Hewlett-Packard at its facilities in Plano, TX!! This year’s MGT will be available EXCLUSIVELY to SHPE professional members with 5-10 years of professional experience.
This program offers five days of comprehensive training on everything from project and financial management to communications skills that will help you build your leadership potential by focusing on one of the key areas of leadership intelligence. The intent is to provide our mid-level professional engineers with the critical skills that produce career advancement and elevate them to higher management levels within their companies. At this year's MGT, you will obtain all 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs) required to take the PMP exam and gain the credential of certified Project Management Professional.
Who is eligible to participate in MGT?
- Any SHPE Professional Member with 5-10 years of experience, who has aspirations to move up the career ladder and become a manager
- Space is limited to 35 participants
