Lockeed Martin Tour
TOUR THE ROCKET RANCH!!!

Lockheed Martin's Waterton facility is located on 5,000 acres in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, 30 miles southwest of downtown Denver. The company is celebrating its 50th year of business operations in Denver this year.  This specialized tour of Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company includes a historical perspective of rocket building at Lockheed Martin and a guided commentary through the Final Assembly Building (FAB) where the Atlas launch vehicles are prepared for shipping to a launch site at either Cape Canaveral, FL or Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA. Also, see the 100,000 Class clean room where the Atlas Centaurs (upper stage) are finalized for launching.

8:00-8:15am:          Charter bus departure from Hyatt Regency Hotel Lobby

9:00am:                  Arrival at Lockheed Martin Waterton facility

9:15-10:00:             Welcome to Lockheed

10:00-11:45am:       Facility tour

Noon:                         Depart to Hyatt Regency Hotel

 

(1) This tour can accommodate a maximum of 40.
(2) US citizenship is not required, however you will need to indicate your citizenship status.
(3) Any non-U.S. citizens (including permanent residents, persons on study or work visas, or long-term visitors) are required to provide their official documentation authorizing their presence in the USA, bring these documents with you.
(4) All visitors will need to bring an official picture ID with them to the Raytheon facility or you will not be allowed to enter (e.g., valid driver's license, passport, military ID, etc.).

(5) No cameras or other recording devices are permitted at the Raytheon facility (e.g., no cell phones with built-in cameras).
