Under each plan, students will be housed four to a room, sharing a quad room that has two full-size beds. The NTCC 2007 Registration Committee will be handling room assignments for students upon receiving your registration and payment. DO NOT call the hotel for room accommodations.  Housing assignments will be done as follows: By Plan, By School, By Gender.

Under plans A, B, and C your fee will cover the cost of the hotel room, but DOES NOT cover the cost of incidentals or other hotel charges.  For these, the hotel will require that one person in the quad room leave a credit card deposit upon check-in.

Online Registration

To register online, you must sign up as a member and have your membership dues paid.  Once you are approved, you will receive an email instructing you to create an account on the OneSHPE system.  You may then log in and register online for NTCC.  Existing members can login to the OneSHPE system by clicking here, and using the Renew Membership button in the My Portal section.  This section should come up automatically as soon as you login.  You may then register for NTCC online.  You have the option to pay online, or send in a payment.  We recommend that you use online registration for faster processing.

• You need fill out your Career Profile or upload your Resume.
• Only CREDIT CARD payments will be accepted for this extended period.

Paper Registration

Paper Registration Forms are available for NTCC Registration.  Please note that to register for NTCC you should have your Membership Data Entered on OneSHPE to expedite the process.  If you are not a registered member, you can register by going to http://www.shpe.org/, select "JOIN SHPE", then click on the "APPLY NOW" Button.  If you do not register yourself online, then your application will be delayed, as it will need to be entered by hand.  Save yourself some time and register online.
