The Hyatt Regency Denver is the main hotel for both students and exhibitors. Exhibitors need to book their own rooms for the hotel. Students and professionals who sign-up for the conference plan with lodging, will be registered with the hotel by SHPE. Attendees who sign-up for the conference plan WITHOUT housing will need to secure their own hotel rooms.

Corporate Representatives are requested to make reservations at Hyatt Regency Denver by calling and referencing the conference code, "SHPE NTCC". The conference rate TBA single/double occupancy has been reserved from January 10-13, 2007. Subject to availability, you may reserve rooms at the conference rate for three days before and three days after NTCC. The reservation cut-off date is Friday, December 8, 2006.

Please note that the guest rooms for the corporate representatives will not be in the same area as the student guest rooms.
