Travel Period: 01/05/2007 to 01/17/2007 Conference attendees are eligible to take a 5% off all published roundtrip fares.
Attendees may take advantage of their discount by calling American Airlines at 800-221-2255 and referencing number A5017AT. This program discount may not be used or combined with any other air travel certificates or program discounts. Roundtrip purchase is required. Attendees may take advantage of their discount by calling Frontier Airlines at 800-908-9068 and referencing number MC087J. This program discount may not be used or combined with any other air travel certificates or program discounts. Roundtrip purchase is required. Attendees may also use a travel agency by providing the agency with Tour Code G87J at the time of booking. Currently the discount is not accepted online. Attendees will still need to call Frontier Airlines to receive the discount. This Frontier office is open Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to Noon Mountain Standard Time.
Airport Ground TransportationSHPE has negotiated exclusive arrangements for the 2007 NTCC with Golden West Commuter. The company will provide shared ride service to and from DIA for attendees booking pre-paid advance only reservations. Departure and pickups are scheduled according to individual flight arrival and departure times. Click here to access the Golden West Commuter website. Online bookings are accepted up to 6pm the night before travel.
For reservation holders, Golden West Commuter will provide the next available seat for late arrivals due to flight or baggage delay. Only individual online reservations booked using this link below qualify for the best discounts: $13. one-way or $24 round-trip. Online booking are accepted up to 24 hours before travel time. Reservations made by telephone will be at Golden West Commuter's retail rates, currently $20 one-way and $38 round-trip.
