A greeting to all from Region 3, the beginning of the spring semester has been a busy one thus far. Region 3 is looking forward to the upcoming E-week as well as our Regional Leadership Development Conference (RLDC) that will be held in Laramie, Wyoming at the University of Wyoming. Many of the chapters in the region have some great ideas as far as events and workshops to conduct during E-week that will help give back to our Hispanic community. Planning for the RLDC is underway and again the events and workshops will be great and beneficial for Region 3’s upcoming leaders. I look forward to working with everybody this semester and hope to achieve all of my goals. This semester membership recruitment and retention is the main focus once again, outside of the upcoming events. There is also going to be a big push to have no more unpaid members. Region 3 hopes to flourish this semester and keep growing as an organization and community.
