The National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA) is the premier leadership training event for SHPE. Since its inception in 1986, NILA has grown to become an event widely anticipated by members and highly respected by corporate sponsors.

The intense four-day program includes:

• Interactive workshops on group dynamics, team building, goal setting, strategic planning, project management  and more

• Seminars led by experienced pros covering different perspectives on technical, social, political and educational issues
