This event has the objectives of bringing
together the Hispanic Talent of the Atlanta
area to strengthen their network links, highlight
the value of SHPE’s membership, and above all,
serve as a conduit to leverage the Hispanic
leadership in the area.

During this event you will have the opportunity
to interact with other Hispanic professionals in
the area, participate in presentations by
recognized Latino Leaders, and engage in open
discussions on developing recognized Hispanic
leadership and excellence.

Furthermore, your participation will also provide
a role model of excellence to college students
in the local SHPE university chapters who will
also be attending.

You are welcome to come to the afternoon
discussions to interact with students,
professionals and presenters or just join us
after work for a nice and
relaxing networking session.

The 2008 SHPE Conference follows the beginning of a new era for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE). The SHPE Conference, formerly called the National Technical and Career Conference (NTCC) and held in January, is the largest Hispanic technical conference in the nation. This fall we anticipate over 6,000 Hispanic students, professionals, corporate representatives and community leaders from around the country to attend SHPE's premier event.
