Student Members

There will only be one student registration lodging plan which includes shared, quad occupancy accommodations for up to four nights from Wed-Sat, access to all workshops, general sessions, career/grad fair and tickets to major events.  Upon arriving onsite, student members will be assigned four per double room (two-full size beds, same gender.)  Students wanting to room together MUST arrive onsite at registration together as room space cannot be saved for students arriving later.  The registration fee does not include the cost of incidental charges, thus requiring at least one person per room to leave a credit card deposit upon check-in.  Please do not call the hotel directly for room accommodations.  For questions on student registration contact Valerie Valenzuela at valeriev@shpe.org.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  All SHPE Chapters registering 10 or more undergraduate student members will be required to participate in the written portion of the National Academic Olympiad.  All student registrants are required to update their resume in OneSHPE. Registraiton Dates and Fees are subject to change.

REFUND POLICY: All refund requests must be submitted in writing by Monday, October 13, 2008 at 11:59PST, and will be made after the SHPE Conference.  Refund requests will not be accepted after October 13th.  There will be a $50 change fee for substituting one member for another.
